Real estate in College Park offers residents the convenience of big city living with the comfort and tranquility of a small town. While Collage Park is a downtown Orlando community, there is a strong sense of hometown pride and the area is known as one of Orlando’s traditional family oriented neighborhoods. Colonialtown is a small neighborhood located in the heart of Orlando, Florida. Colonialtown is divided into two sections: North and South; both areas offer unique experiences for shopping and dining at Fashion Square Mall and Colonial Plaza Market Place. With tree-lined brick streets, Colonialtown is charming neighborhood perfect for families who want the small-town lifestyle in a big city.
