It is part of the OrlandoKissimmeeMetropolitan Statistical Area. According to the United States Census Bureau, the CDP has a total area of 23.7km (9.2mi). 22.4km (8.6mi) of it is land and 1.3km (0.5mi) of it (5.68%) is water.
